ONE MONTH IN
If you read my last blog post, you know that I have shifted my Yoga Therapy practice to Sage Yoga in Bonsall. So far, so good.
It’s a beautiful space with many amenities I was not able to offer in my small office (rope wall, to mention one). And, some of my long-time clients come in looking around like kids in a candy store. Lots of questions about what we use the different tools for (FeetUp trainers, strongboard, rope wall, etc.)
As for me, I just completed a wonderful online training with Doug Keller (doyoga.com). Doug is an amazing anatomist (is that a word? yes, it is - I checked). He knows his stuff and it is clear that he has done his homework (research) before teaching. The course consisted of 6 sessions and each had from 3-7 subsections. I computed that he gave us many more hours of information that the 20 hours we are able to submit to Yoga Alliance as part of our Continuing Education requirements.
I still teach 5 public classes at Sage Yoga Studios, am able to use Sage Yoga Bonsall for my individual clients, and teach a Chair Yoga Class at Fallbrook’s Wellness Center on E. Mission.
And, on a personal note, we are very grateful that our Grandson Carson’s knee surgery happened without any unexpected issues. He’s on the road to recovery.
Hope you all are doing well !!!
