Change is Coming

One of my favorite quotes is: “Change is inevitable, growth is optional.” I don’t know (or remember) the author, but when I reflect on times I’ve had to change or adjust, I’ve always found a bit of growth hiding in the underbrush of a modification in my life. .

So, change is coming to me, in that I will vacate my office lease in Bonsall as of July 31, 2025.

Where am I going, you may wonder.

Not a big journey; just to the next shopping center East on the 76. To River Village and to my home studio, Sage Yoga. I will shift as many clients as want to join me to Sage in Bonsall effective August 1.

It’s a bit scary and daunting — I’ve struggled with 3 calendars for 4 years on my own. Now, I will be dealing with another one, the Sage calendar, as I slip my appointments into the studio in River Village without disrupting the already-established class schedule.

I’m sure it will be a bit challenging for the clients who have faithfully visited me individually whether it’s been for a month or for years.

The good (for them and me): Sage Yoga Bonsall is a beautiful space and, just maybe, my individuals will spread their wings and try on a public class or two in-between visits.
